Hello, my name is Elizabeth (nee Chali), I was born in England and have lived in Melbourne since 2014. I am a mother and I have worked as a natural health practitioner since 2004.

Through all the modalities I work with, I have witnessed so much healing when people have the courage to heal & grow.

I am so passionate about providing people with the guidance and support they need on their journey. Life can be joyful one moment and devastating the next, and we all have our struggles, our hang ups, our quirky ways.  We are all at very different stages in our lives, we can feel so isolated and at odds with ourselves, and with those around us, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  I have experienced first hand, through my own undulating healing path over the years, that we all need guidance, support and connection on our journey to find inner peace & harmony.
